We booked 2 rooms and we were provided with one towel in each room and the manager asked us to share a towel between members in a very rude way. Next morning we ordered breakfast separately for each room as two of us were in a bit of a hurry but they took their own liberty and delayed breakfast and came with complete order all together which was ordered in a gap of at least 30 minutes. After checkout we kept our luggage at reception and later when we came to take our luggage we had to ask a couple of times for the luggage boy as the guy at reception said ok you can take your luggage. He was very rude during the whole stay

Best location, best room , best services They had a beautiful rooftop restaurant with beautiful view, whenever I come to kota I just stay here only . Must visit the restaurant, they had the best shef with affordable price of food items 9/10
